Clean, comfortable, great view from the roof, staff friendly. Good central location, just off Malioboro st yet quiet. Good air conditioning.

The location, the food, the room with great windows to a little garden in front of the window. The room is clean, the bathroom is large with hot water everytime. The staff is friendly. The rooftop is great when it comes to see the sunrise. Recommended hotel to stay near Malioboro, train station, even the Palace. Wish you success.

Location is excellent: situated in the downtown area and only just less than 100 meter from the cultural site of Malioboro street, and it is only about 600 meters from the main train station.

A super strategic location—just 100 meters from Malioboro, one of the main tourist areas, and only a 3-minute ride by online taxi to the train station.

Great location. Very central and many food options nearby. Close to the hustle and bustle of Malioboro street but far enough from the crowds to be peaceful and quiet.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is well situated. We enjoyed the roof top terrace :) beds were comfortable and room was clean.
